There’s two additional annexes on the property that we’d like to rent out as holiday lets, while living in the main 8 bed building. How would the council enforce the C1 usage? Administrators Ian Walmsley Posted May 6 Administrators Share Posted May 6 You will need a change of use to residential. If you do not obtain this, then you might be subject to enforcement.
