    We’re considering purchasing a small 8 bedroom hotel in Cornwall. There’s two additional annexes on the property that we’d like to rent out as holiday lets, while living in the main 8 bed building. How would the council enforce the C1 usage? What actions could they take against us for living in the property and using it as a family home? What is the risk to us?
