Huw Mellor Posted July 16 Share Posted July 16 I have a client with a listed farmhouse, who wants to create some new access tracks within the farm holding, to split off the farmhouse to the wider farm. Question - does the listed status of the farmhouse mean the new tracks (one of which will come close to the listed farmhouse) may not be PD? Therefore is highly unlikely to affect any PD rights that might exist. Without knowing the site, I can't be 100% sure - but this will be true in the vast majority of cases.
