Church hall use for childcare

We are hoping to open up a day nursery and wraparound/ after school club in a church hall however this will not be the sole use of the property - the church will still use it along with scouts and a dance school. We are aware that a nursery falls under class E and the church hall would be class F but we do not want to change the full use of the building due to other uses still. What would be the best next steps? As planning permission to change building class doesn’t meet our requirements. Thanks

It would probably be possible to get additional planning to run the activities

This would not remove the current use class.

It would be for Use Class E(f) to add the day nursery.
