4 year rule / class q

Hi there 

If class q permission was granted before 24th April 2024 and the building substantially completed before this date does the 4 year rule apply to the building work you have done?

The 4 year rule doesn't apply if you have permission granted under Class Q as long as you complete within 3 years of the decision notice. 

Unless I have misunderstood the question
