Right to light concern after planning was approved.

Planning permission was awarded for a specific site. After the permission was granted, a neighbour hired a surveyor to raise concerns about the right to light.  Before starting the construction approved by the plan, what should the owner of the site being developed do to protect their position?

@John Corey I would engage a right to light surveyor to work on the other side as well. 

This way you can be sure that it is fair.
