I'm new here so a quick intro from me. I'm a property investor primarily interested in generating cashflow from mixed-use buildings, however I do flex when the opportunities arise!
The deal I am currently working on is a potential commercial conversion. It is currently a fully commercial building on a high street with ground floor shop space and first floor office space. What I want to do is split it into x4 self-contained studio style units around 25-30sqm each, to be retained under one freehold and leased out for social housing. Can this be done under PD?
