Hi Planning Geek - not sure where to send this feedback, but it looks like one of the bullet points on the guidance on PD Class R page is partially incorrect and should be amended. On https://www.planninggeek.co.uk/gpdo/changes-of-use/class-r/ It says: "The building(s) must not be: ... - a listed building (or within the curtilage of a listed building) ..." However my understanding of the legal text is that, unlike class Q, the class R exclusion only applies to a listed building: not the curtilage of a listed building as well. Do you agree and if so can I suggest that the page be updated? Thanks
