    I've had a breach of planning notice for a caravan sited in a woodland in Wales. I understand I am allowed to have this under permitted development (GPDO 1995), from various Woodland advice websites based on using it for storage, hygiene and shelter. However, I cant find the relevant bits to quote to the planning officer. I know there is a forestry section but none of it seems to be relevant (as a layman). Can anyone help please? Thanks
