Looking to replace a redundant livestock building with a new livestock building...on the same footprint. cannot use PD as its within 400m of a residential dwelling. Wondering if we will need to provide 10% BNG along with the application or whether the fact that its a replacement might help our cause, such that if the baseline ecology of the site is 0...multiplying it up by 10% is also 0.
Where do we stand and how might we need to address it in the planning application?
