Does anyone know if a planning application had to be just submitted and paid on or before 5th December or fully validated by the LA prior to this date to remain under the previous fee scales? I have an application that was submitted through the planning portal and paid in full late on the 5th December but the LA have asked for a few extra drawings after submission, they are claiming the extra fees of around £960 are now due! is this correct? Thanks james
