We applied for prior approval for an ag building under Part 6 Class A. Within the 28 day period, we received notification that prior approval is required.
So what next?
Do we apply for prior approval somehow?
Your recent article on this says:
If Prior Approval is required, then the applicant must display the notice ( what notice? I assume the decision letter) on the land for at least 21 days in a 28 day period from the date of notice. You can then commence work. You are recommended to take a photo of the notice perhaps on day 1 and day 21 to establish that you have complied with this element.
Nowhere does it say that we should apply for prior consent?
