I want to run my food business from home. I have space for a shopping container in my garden and would be considered permitted developement until I install water which planning have told me makes it a permanent structure and therefore requires planning . I’m wondering if I should plonk the container in the garden install water and then apply for change of use to a kitchen - if indeed I do need to?
